Pinoy Chili Beef Stir Fry

This recipe was an Asian recipe but since there are many Asian dishes that already been accepted as a Filipino dish, I think this one can also be included. This one is very easy to cook since all you have to do it to stir fry or saute all the ingredients like most Chinese dishes.

Tuna Stuffed Pepper

Ingredients:

4-5 large green bell pepper
1 cup cooked potatoes cut in small cubes
1 small can tuna chunks
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated cheese
1/4 tsp. ground pepper

Pancit Buko

Ingredients:

3/4 cups grated young coconut meat or buko
1 large chicken breast (boiled and flaked)
1/4 kilo shrimps, shelled
1 large onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 carrot, sliced into thin strips
10 pcs. stringbeans, sliced 1 inch long diagonally
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 tsp. MSG
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 Tbsp. patis or fish sauce
salt to taste
2 Tbsp. chopped kinchay or Chinese celery
2 Tbsp. cooking oil

Chicken Cabbage Curry

Ingredients:

1 cup chicken meat (cooked, shredded)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1 & 1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
3/4 cup evaporated milk (or thick coconut milk)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. MSG
1/2 cup water
1/2 kilo cabbage shredded

Breaded Beef Steak

Pork  is commonly breaded then fried and the most popular one is pork chop. Here in this recipe, beef tenderloin is used. Beef should not be overcooked because it will become tough and as much as possible cook it as quickly as possible but now too raw.

Pork Pineapple Supreme

Ingredients:

1 kilo pork (cut to 1 inch cube)
1 small can pineapple tidbits
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. MSG or vetsin
2 large onions, cubed
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp cornstarch
few stalks of spring onions cut 1 1/2 inch long

Lengua Stofada

Ingredients:

1 ox tongue (about 1-1/2 to 2 kilos)
2-3 large onions, quartered
6 green olives (optional)
1/4 kilo pork fat
3 Tbsp. pimento
1 small can tomato paste or 2 cans tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. MSG
1 tsp. pepper (ground)
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 cup rum
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 bell pepper, red & green (strips)
1 small can pineapple juice
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 chorizo de bilbao (finely chopped)

Pork Intestines Asado

Ingredients:

1 kilo pork intestines (small intestines)
1/2 cup brown sugar
5-6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. soy sauce

1/2 tsp. ground pepper

2 bell peppers (red & green, cut into thick strips)
